I usually admire most men who take delight in consuming large tons of fresh prepared cow meat because it is very good for their body system, and it would greatly help their health.
But in some of our African homes, I have noticed that most women usually filter some essential cow meat part that would be of great use to their body. And this has, however, made me to conduct a research and provide my esteemed viewers with an article that would reveal some of the essential cow meat body parts that they should add to their soup when cooking.
1. The Liver
The liver of a cow is one of the most essential body parts that needs to be added to our diet. Because it contains vitamin A, which is beneficial for the health of the eye.

Personally speaking, I usually sought after the kidney of a cow because I know of its capabilities. The cow kidney is made up of omega 3 fatty acids, and it also contains anti-inflammatory properties.
And some research, however, reveals that the kidney of a cow is very good for the heart.
3. The Brain
Cow brain contains omega 3 fatty acids just like the kidney, and it also carries vital nutrients that are needed for the human body. The latter includes phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine, which are good for the nervous system.
So, it is very essential that you add the cow body parts that are listed above to your soup when cooking. So that you will richly enjoy the nutrients of the cow meat
