These are bad for you and can be found in packaged snacks such as pastries, cookies, crackers, and some types of margarine. Consuming these things excessively can cause high cholesterol levels.
3. Dairy products
Consuming whole-fat dairy products can have some side health effects by raising your LDL cholesterol levels. This is because they are high in saturated fat and cholesterol.
Consuming a lot of butter may lead to weight gain and could play a role in increasing your levels of LDL cholesterol. Butter contains a high amount of calories and fat, it is, therefore, advisable that you should consume butter in moderate amount or replace it with healthy unsaturated fats.
