While there are some things you should do after intimacy to improve your health, we've compiled a list of four things you should avoid.
I wrote about what you should do to take care of your health after making love with your lover yesterday.
There are, however, a few things you should avoid if you want to enjoy intimacy with your spouse without jeopardizing your health.
Most people make certain frequent blunders shortly after intimacy that can raise the risk of infection. You must avoid the following 4 common post-intimacy mistakes.
1. Don’t wear tight clothes and sleep.
After intimacy, your body warms up and you begin to sweat. Abrasions may occur if you wear nylon or synthetic undergarments. Furthermore, after coming into contact with microorganisms, those nylon underpants may cause irritation.
To keep yourself healthy, wear cotton nightwear.
2. Hot bath tub shower after intimacy.
After intimacy, cuddling in a hot water bath may sound like a great idea, but it could raise your risk of contracting an infection. A hot water bath can help germs multiply by providing a warm environment.
3. Don’t use intimate wipes.
Artificial scents and preservatives are commonly included in intimate wipes. They may raise the risk of infections and rashes if used.
4. Not peeing after intimacy.
You must stay away from this at all costs. Following intimacy, it is critical to pee. After making love, every woman forgets or is too sluggish to get up. You flush out any bacteria and germs that may have entered your body during intercourse by urinating afterward. You can keep your UTIs at a safe distance.
