Aside from being harmful to the kidney, it is also harmful to the heart health and increases a person's chances of being obese leading to diabetes.

2. Not drinking enough water

Staying hydrated is one of the first steps to becoming healthy. Water remains one of the most important Elements needed by the body for proper functioning.

Drinking enough water prevents kidney stones from growing and helps the passage of fluid through the kidney.

3. Eating too much meat

Animal protein generates high amount of acids in the body which can affect the kidney. Protein is needed for proper growth of bones, muscles and other organs of the body. But your diet when eating meat should be well balanced with enough fruits and vegetables.

High intake of sugar have been proven to damage different organs in the body leading to a chronic diseases known as diabetes which affects not only the eye sight but also affects the kidney and liver.
