The heart and brain are very vital organs in the body, the heart does the pumping and circulation of blood, the brain does the controlling of the nervous system. They are the main organs in the body that continues work all through life because once they stop the person is highly likely to die.
Although we have artificial hearts and transplants available, they aren't easy to come by, therefore, one needs to guard the one he/ she has judiciously. The brain on the other hand is irreplaceable, hence, it also needs proper care.

Chicken has always been known to have lots of nutritional value and we are advised to eat it as it is classified as white meat. Now, using chicken to prepare stew places it on a higher nutritional level, because in addition to its own nutrients, that of the stew has boosted it.

Chicken contains the amino acid tryptophan, which is a major component of serotonin. Serotonin is the hormone responsible for making us feel good and be in high spirit. Chicken stimulates the brain to secrete more of serotonin which would always keep us in a positive mood and not always grumpy or moody.
We can all affirm that a positive mood has a lot of good effect on our health all round.
Effect on the heart
Consumption of chicken aids in promoting good heart health by greatly reducing the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. It contains only the unsaturated cholesterol needed by the heart and body to function effectively.
It also contains other nutrients like potassium, calcium and magnesium that strenghtens the heart muscles.
Note: The chicken should be cooked properly to avoid risk of contacting some diseases like bird flu.
