It’s important to note that certain foods worsen arthritis. For instance, foods like sugar increase inflammation and foods rich in nightshades and purines increases the risk of arthritis.
Foods like Dairy products, salt, red meat, alcohol, sugar, grilled foods(fried) should be strictly avoided, if you’re an arthritic patient.
